Dental Appointment & Office Policies

At Millennium Dental, we believe that the key to a good, respectful, and long-lasting relationship is clarity and consistency. To ensure that your next dental appointment is as pleasant and predictable as possible, we would like to give you an overview of our dental appointment and office policies. Please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of any upcoming dental appointment. As a courtesy, we send out hygiene reminders a few weeks before a requested appointment and we make confirmation calls or emails two weeks before hygiene appointments. Additionally, we send a courtesy reminder the day before all appointments. Although we make every effort to contact you before any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.

Due to a continuous high demand for prime appointment times, we require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice per appointment should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
